Terms & ConditionsSHIPPING TIMELINE - We value our customers at TheInteriorGallery.com and our commitment to deliver quality products to you is our priority. In order to provide our customers with the best value and fastest shipping results, we stock most of our items. Upon receipt of your payment, we will re-inspect your item, repackage it if needed to guarantee safe shipping, and ship it with in 1 to 2 business days. If we do not have the item available in stock then please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery. Some special order items might take longer.
MONEY BACK GUARANTEE - If within 5 days of receiving your product you are not completely satisfied, email us or call us and we will issue a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) number. You can then return the product to us in the same condition we shipped it and we will promptly refund your full purchase price less restocking fee (25%). Shipping and special order merchandise are non-refundable.
Each of our items is carefully handmade by artisans and skilled craftsmen; therefore, variations in finishes, castings, symmetry, and detailing are anticipated and expected.
SHIPPING AND FREIGHT SHIPMENT - Shipping prices are subject to change without notice. Please note that freight carrier will only do curb side delivery and will not bring the merchandise into your home or perform setup. Advanced delivery notice and lift gate services require additional fees and must be arranged prior to shipping your product. All products are shipped F.O.B. our warehouses and are shipped on the behalf of the customer. Once the product leaves our warehouse, it is purely the responsibility of the buyer.
DAMAGED SHIPMENT - Upon delivery, please be sure and inspect all packages carefully before the driver leaves and prior to signing any delivery paperwork. The paperwork from the driver states the merchandise was received in good condition. If you feel there might be damages of any kind, please note that on the driver's paperwork at the time of delivery. It is difficult to claim for damages if these conditions have not been met. If your shipment is damaged in transit, report it directly to the shipping company that delivered the product to you. They will usually pay for a replacement. However, keep the damage and the packing slip, they may want to see it to make a report. This will give you the fastest results.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - CANADA ORDERS - We only ship to Canada outside of the US 50 states. TheInteriorGallery.com will not be liable should a damage occur during shipping nor responsible for any broker fees, customs fee, duties, tariffs, etc. In the event an item is returned due to failure of the client to pay these fees they are not refundable.
RUSH ORDERS
All rush orders are charged $50.0 rush fee. No exceptions.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS - If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your product, call us within 5 days to arrange for refund or exchange. You will be issued an RMA number to return the merchandize. For your protection, returned packages must be insured for the value of your merchandise. Repack items carefully in the original packing material and prepay and insure the shipping (Please note that you are responsible for the safe return of merchandise and for all shipping costs.)
All returned items are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Special Order items may be returned to us for a minimum restocking fee 50%. Shipping and handling are non-refundable. Special Order items are all those that we do not normally stock or those made or ordered specifically to fill your order. Please by all means if you have any questions about a product you would like to purchase call us so we may assist you and answer all your questions before ordering. |
